JDV PARTNERS S.A.S., a company legally established in Colombia, identified with NIT 901.380.181-2, with headquarters in Bogotá D.C., expresses that it collects, stores and processes personal data, therefore, in order to guarantee and protect the rights of privacy, good name and habeas data, the following policy on the collection and processing of personal data is established.
In order to establish and/or enter into any type of legal relationship or to use any of the services of JDV PARTNERS S.A.S., it is necessary to accept the policy of collection and processing of personal data that is set out below; since the correct use of our services depends on this, in accordance with the above, we recommend that you read this document in its entirety.
If you do not agree with this policy on the collection and processing of personal data, please do not use our services in any way or enter into any legal transaction with us.
Scope and application.
This policy of collection and processing of personal data applies to all those who provide JDV PARTNERS S.A.S. with their personal data, including candidates, users and clients.

Collection of information.
JDV PARTNERS S.A.S. collects and stores personal data provided directly or indirectly, either verbally or in writing, including but not limited to: name, gender, identification number, e-mail, address, telephone number, photographs, information about studies, information about work experience, background, information about your health, salary, living conditions, biometric data and any other information you choose to provide. This information is provided through your user account, contact forms, emails, correspondence, interviews, security procedures, psycho-technical tests and/or through any contact with the organization, either through web portals, social networks, direct contact or by any other means known or may be known.
Authorization.
This policy on the collection and processing of personal data applies to the processing of personal data to which the data subject has expressly consented by electronic means, by accepting the privacy policy, or by unambiguously expressing his or her consent, such as by sending his or her curriculum vitae, providing information during job interviews and/or on our website, among other behaviors that can be categorized as such.

Information we obtain from other sources.
In addition, we may receive information from other sources and combine it with the information we collect through our platforms. For example, from specialized sites such as LinkedIn, contracts, interviews, reference checks, security studies, selection processes, psychometric tests, and even public records.
The information collected may be used to provide, maintain and improve the services, to carry out internal operations, to send or facilitate communications with the Company or its customers, to personalize and improve the services, for commercial, fiscal, marketing, advertising and contact purposes, by all means known and to be known.
By accepting this Personal Information Collection and Processing Policy, you consent to the sharing of your personal information as described in this Policy or as described at the time of collection or sharing, including the following:
To share the information, without limitation, to the companies offering the vacancies, to the clients, to their subsidiaries or affiliates, and to the judicial and/or administrative authorities, if necessary. In turn, the exchange of data with business partners, suppliers, marketing agencies, among others, is limited to sharing only and exclusively data that is NOT considered Sensitive Data in accordance with this Policy and the rules on the subject.
Information from social media.
The services provided by JDV PARTNERS S.A.S. may be integrated with social media sharing features and other related tools. The use of these allows you to, among other things, exchange information, make requests, submit applications, and generally share information. You should consult the privacy policies of those services, as this exchange of information requires that both privacy policies be followed.
Third parties are permitted to provide advertising measurement and analysis services to serve ads on our behalf across various media and to track changes in information. These organizations may use cookies, SDKs or other technologies that allow them to identify your device when you visit our Site and use our Services, as well as when you visit other sites and services.
Inquiries.
All holders and their successors in title may exercise the right to access the personal data stored by JDV PARTNERS S.A.S., as long as they prove their status as such by means of valid identity documents; in the case of assignees, in addition to their identity, they must present the documents proving their status as such.
Such inquiries should be made in writing, via e-mail: admin@jdvpartners.com, indicating your name, the means by which you authorize the collection of data, indication of the information requested, e-mail notification and documents proving your right to consult the information.
These requests must be answered within a maximum of ten (10) working days, this response will be sent to the notification email presented in your communication, if not established, will be answered to the email through which the request was sent.
If it is not possible to respond to the request within that period, the requester will be notified of the reasons for the delay before the end of that period and a response will be provided within the following five (5) business days, which means that the maximum response time shall not exceed fifteen (15) business days.
In addition, these consultations may be carried out by judicial authorities, provided that there is an order in accordance with the legal provisions; by the executive branch, by control bodies and by other data processors with the authorization of the data holder.
Claims.
All holders and their successors in title may exercise the right to access the personal data held by JDV PARTNERS S.A.S., provided that they can prove their status as such by means of an identity document (identity card, alien’s card, passport or birth certificate) or, in the case of successors in title, in addition to their identity, they must present the documents proving their status as such (death certificate and birth certificate or marriage certificate).
Complaints must be made in writing and sent to the e-mail address: admin@jdvpartners.com, which must include the identification of the holder, the description of the facts giving rise to the claim, the claims, the notification e-mail, accompanied by the documents intended to be used as evidence (including documents proving their identification or their status as successor). If the claim is incomplete, the claimant will be notified within five (5) business days of receipt so that he/she may correct the claim within the following two (2) months at the latest, failing which the claim will be deemed waived.
In the event that the person receiving the claim is not competent to resolve it, he/she will forward it to the appropriate person within a maximum of two (2) business days and will inform the interested party of the situation.
As soon as the claim is received, it will be communicated to the area designated as responsible for the database so that it will include in the record a visible and highlighted annotation indicating that a claim is being processed and the reason for it, within a period not exceeding two (2) business days, while the claim is being resolved.
These requests must be answered within a maximum of ten (15) working days, this response will be sent to the notification email presented in your communication, if not established, will be answered to the email through which the request was sent. If it is not possible to respond to the request within that period, the requester will be notified of the reasons for the delay before the end of that period and a response will be provided within the following five (8) business days, which means that the maximum response time shall not exceed fifteen (22) business days.
Revocation of authorization.
The holders of personal data may revoke the authorization for the processing of their data if the constitutional and legal principles, rights and guarantees are not respected, following the guidelines established for the exercise of rights.
Information Security.
Measures.
The information will be kept under the necessary security conditions to prevent its alteration, loss, consultation, use or unauthorized or fraudulent access, for this purpose the files in which the databases are contained will be properly encrypted, with access restrictions through security processes to verify identity, in the same line security protocols will be established, a periodic update of the security measures adopted by the company will be made, against which monitoring will be carried out in order to fully comply with the principle of security established by law; In addition, the Legal Department will provide training to the other responsible departments and will require those who have access to the information to sign confidentiality agreements in order to guarantee the rights of the holders of the information.
Promotional communications.
You may opt out of receiving promotional communications via e-mail: admin@jdvpartners.com. In this case, it will be allowed to continue sending non-promotional communications, such as those related to your user account, services you have requested and, in general, any communication aimed at ensuring the proper provision of the services offered and/or provided by JDV PARTNERS S.A.S.
