JDV Partners Expands into the UAE: A Milestone Experience in Our Global Growth
Starting on November 17th, 2025, I had the opportunity to spend close to 20 days in the United Arab Emirates, between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. This was not an exploratory trip, but rather a strategic journey already supported by a signed agreement with Techbridge, which became the main driver and purpose of our visit. What followed exceeded expectations and marked a defining milestone in JDV Partners’ global expansion.
During this period, we officially activated our local vehicle alongside Techbridge, who now acts as our official in-situ representative in the UAE. This strategic partnership allows JDV Partners to establish a strong local presence while operating under our global standards, values, and execution model.
Beyond formal meetings and business development, I had the privilege of participating in multiple high-level conferences and holding conversations with key decision-makers across sectors such as Mining, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure & Construction, Logistics, IT & Telecommunications, and Government. The openness to dialogue, speed of execution, and long-term strategic mindset across industries made this experience exceptionally valuable.
One of the most impressive aspects of the UAE is its extraordinary pace of development. Witnessing bridges, highways, and major infrastructure projects being completed in record time is remarkable. Even more striking is the fact that in just 54 years since its formation, the UAE has achieved a level of infrastructure, diversification, and global relevance that many nations take centuries to reach. Its urban planning and Vision 2030 roadmap are clear, structured, and decisively future-oriented.
Beyond business, the UAE is also a global hub for education, culture, and world-class experiences. Abu Dhabi is home to institutions such as NYU Abu Dhabi and Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi, reinforcing the country’s commitment to knowledge and global talent. The cultural landscape is equally impressive, with landmarks like the Louvre Abu Dhabi and the Museum of National Art, blending heritage, innovation, and global perspectives.
The region also offers iconic attractions such as Ferrari World, Warner Bros World, SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, Yas Marina Circuit, and the upcoming Disney World Abu Dhabi, reflecting a vision that integrates business, culture, entertainment, and quality of life.
In Dubai, we also had the opportunity to experience some of its most emblematic landmarks, including the Burj Khalifa, Palm Jumeirah, and the Dubai Museum and Al Fahidi Historical District, which offer a deeper understanding of the UAE’s roots, identity, and rapid transformation.
Despite an agenda filled with meetings, conferences, and working sessions, we also made time to explore the country, connect with its culture, and better understand its mindset and values. During our stay, we acquired several books focused on the history, culture, and idiosyncrasy of the UAE—moments we will also be sharing through photos alongside highlights from our journey.
At JDV Partners, our objective is clear:
to build global bridges, to be part of this extraordinary growth story, and to contribute by combining world-class talent, passion, and Artificial Intelligence, while strengthening ties between Latin America and the UAE.
The opening of our local presence in the UAE, together with Techbridge, represents far more than geographic expansion. It is a strategic commitment to the GCC region, its people, its projects, and its ambitious vision for the future.
We are genuinely excited about what lies ahead and proud to take this step as part of JDV Partners’ continued global journey.
